Belvedere Condominiums

We purchased this property in early 2022 to renovate all 6 units and convert 2 units into furnished medium-term rentals. We decided to extend the renovation process to allow the property's cash flow to pay for the renovation and furnishing costs. As of October 2022, we have completed 4 renovations, converted 2 units into furnished rentals, and will lease the 4th unit before year-end.
