Mason Loop

This was our first property, and despite reading every book possible, we had no idea what we were getting into. But we put our heads down and implemented the business plan. Ultimately, we fully renovated two of the four units ourselves and updated the exterior and common areas. We were able to improve tenant quality of life and increase rents from $800 to $1600 while maintaining 100% occupancy.
